UserConcern is operated by Mitigagroup LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. By accessing or using UserConcern at userconcern.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
UserConcern is an AI-powered market research tool that analyzes public data sources to surface unmet needs and market opportunities. We offer a Free plan (1 search/month) and paid plans (Pro and Agency).
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use UserConcern to: violate any applicable laws, scrape or reproduce our outputs for resale without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.
6. Intellectual Property
UserConcern and its content are owned by Mitigagroup LLC. AI-generated analysis outputs are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute outputs as a standalone product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
UserConcern is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis output. Market research insights are for informational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mitigagroup LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UserConcern. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
