I built UserConcern because founders deserve better research

No more guessing. No more building in the dark.

Why I Built This

I spent years working in manufacturing, and the same pattern showed up every time: we'd ship version 1, then version 2, then version 3, each one chasing a fix for something customers were already unhappy about. The feedback existed the moment a customer felt the pain. It just took months, and several product versions, to actually reach the people who could act on it. UserConcern is the tool I wished we'd had: a way to see what customers are struggling with immediately, so you can build the right version first instead of the third one.

What We Built

UserConcern scans thousands of real conversations — Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, TikTok, Twitter/X, Google Trends, Quora questions and more — and uses AI to surface the exact pain points people are expressing right now. Real words. Real frustration. Real opportunity.

Who I Am

I'm Bamara, the solo builder behind UserConcern, operating as Mitigagroup LLC. No research team, no support queue between me and your feedback: if you email me, I read it and I ship.

Our Mission

To give every founder, indie hacker, and product builder access to the kind of market intelligence that used to require a research team.

Understand the pain. Build the fix.
